27 year old woman with loss of fullness in her upper breasts and mild ptosis. She desired an increase in fullness and improvement in nipple position without an obvious implant. Mentor smooth, round moderate classic profile 215cc silicone gel implants were placed providing an increase in size without the classic “round breast” appearance. A modest donut-style mastopexy or breast lift was also performed to center the nipples over the apex of the breasts.
