42 year old woman with a diagnosis of left breast cancer. Opting for bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies. She wishes to be larger than her original breast size and thus tissue expanders were placed. Once she was at the breast volume that she was comfortable with, the expanders were exchanged to implants. The patient was very pleased with her final results.
