27 year old mother who experienced deflation of her breasts following breast feeding. Her goals were to fill out the breasts and particularly in the upper portions of the breasts. Preoperatively she wore a 34A cup bra and her goal was to wear a 34C. She underwent a breast augmentation with Mentor smooth, round, high profile 375cc silicone gel implant underneath the muscles. The incisions are well hidden underneath the breast in the fold. Her results show a full upper breast pole without a visible implant edge despite the small natural breast tissue available to cover the implant.
