30 year old woman who had lost over 150lbs through diet and exercise. As a consequence of the large weight loss, she had significant deflation of her breasts. The goals were to fill out this skin with an implant to restore the size and shape of her breasts. She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor smooth, round, high profile 500cc silicone gel implants underneath the muscles. The incisions are small and located within the areolas. The high profile implant was able to fill out the breast skin and avoid a breast lift.
