Case Details

41 year old patient with left breast cancer. She had previous augmentation with submuscular saline implants. Bilateral skin sparing mastectomies performed. Reconstruction with two-stage  expanders to implants. Final implants are 450cc high profile silicone gel. Nipple areolar tattoos present.
