52 year old woman with a history of massive weight loss and deflated, sagging breasts. In addition, her abdominal skin folded over from the significant weight loss. Her goals were to fill out the breasts and improve position. For the abdomen, to tighten the skin and improve the contour. For the breasts, Mentor 480cc HPB (gummy bear) implants were used in a subglandular pocket with anchor scar mastopexies. A full abdominoplasty with liposuction undermining was performed concurrently. Results demonstrate a significant improvement in the skin laxity, contour, and body shape.
