35 year old patient with BRCA+. She chose to have prophylactic nipple sparing mastectomies. Her goals from reconstruction were to have smaller breasts with a natural appearance. Immediate direct to implant reconstruction with submuscular 300cc moderate profile plus implants provided a smaller breast with a natural shape.
