Complications on the left side required treatment with a latissimus flap. Final reconstruction with 700cc high profile implant only reconstruction on the right side, 650cc high profile implant with latissimus on the left.

Oncoplastic reduction (free nipple grafting) performed concurrently. Patient with significant improvement of her back and neck pain. Minimal post radiation changes to the left breast.

Oncoplastic reconstruction with a reduction technique. Post radiation photos demonstrate minimal changes to the left breast.

The resection would leave a large deficit and she was interested in a concurrent reduction to improve appearance and correct the deformity.
