49 year old patient with a history of multiple abnormal mammograms. Patient chose to undergo bilateral prophylactic nipple sparing mastectomies. Reconstruction consisted of immediate tissue expanders followed by exchange to 450cc high profile silicone gel implants.

For symmetry, an augmentation of the right breast performed with a 225cc moderate profile plus gel implant.

47 yo female with right breast cancer. Patient opted for a bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy. Immediate direct to implant (DTI) reconstruction with 600cc high profile silicone gel implants, under the muscles. Excellent results.
