50 year old woman with a previous breast lift with implants 10 years ago. The implants were 400cc saline implants. Over the years the implants hardened and the breasts began to sag. A revision breast augmentation mastopexy/reduction was performed. New 175cc saline implants were placed to maintain fullness in the upper breasts. The smaller breasts maintained fullness without the excess weight relieving back and neck pain.
