44 year old female with a previous history of breast augmentation and a lift 10 years prior. Her breasts enlarged over the years and the implants became hard. A bilateral breast reduction and implant removals were performed. After surgery, the patient is much more comfortable and finds it easier to perform the activities she enjoys.
