36 year old woman with a previous breast augmentation years prior. Her implants had fallen down and out. Previous implants were 250cc moderate profile + silicone implants. The breast revision consisted of internal pocket repair and new silicone gel implants – 300cc MP+. Results shown are at 6 months. She did require a tightening procedure in the office of the left breast at 6 months.
