Case Details

31 yo old female who was a year out from a mommy makeover. She had been unhappy with her breast appearance since the procedure. She felt her areolas were too wide, her breasts were too large and flat, and she did not like the feel of her implants. She wished to have her implants completely removed and a lift performed. Bilateral total capsulectomies for implant and scar removal were performed. Anchor scar mastopexies allowed for reshaping of the breasts. The patient was thrilled with the appearance and feel of her breast following surgery.
