Case Details

30yo female who had lost 100lbs after a gastric sleeve procedure years prior. She also has had two children. She was interested in improving the appearance of her breasts. Prior to surgery, she wore a 38C bra but had lots of skin laxity and deflation. A breast augmentation with 550cc high profile silicone gel implants and a circumareolar mastopexy was performed. This surgery restored her volume and centered the nipples over the implants.
