Case Details
59 year old patient with previous submuscular saline breast augmentation. Bilateral capsular contractures present. Breast tissue falling off the implants as well. Breast implant revisions with capsulectomies, reaugmentation with 300cc high profile silicone gel implants, and circumareolar (donut) mastopexies. Final results were soft implants and proper nipple position over the implants. Final mastopexy scar have faded nicely.
