Case Details
50 year old patient with a previous augmentation mastopexy ten years prior. She felt her breasts were too large at a 40DD. Plan included decreasing the implant size from 400cc to 200cc and performing an anchor scar breast lift with small (200g) reductions. Final results are in better proportion with improved shape. Saline implants filled to 200cc.
