50 year old female with right breast cancer. She underwent a right skin sparing and left nipple sparing mastectomies. Reconstruction in stages with expanders and implants. Final reconstruction with submuscular 450cc high profile silicone gel implants. Right nipple tattoo visible in the postop photos.
