47 year old female with left breast cancer. Underwent a bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy and immediate reconstruction with direct to implant 650cc UHP silicone gel implants.

70 year old female with oversized 400cc silicone gel implants with rupture. These implants were replaced with 125cc MP+ silicone gel implants in the same pocket on top of the muscle combined with a breast lift. The upper pole change is quite dramatic on the profile pictures.
