61 year old physically fit patient with “deflated” 34B cup breasts. Goals are for implants to help fill out the breasts and improve the upper pole. Bilateral augmentation with 400cc high profile silicone gel implants under the muscle have improved the size and shape of the breasts to a 34D cup.
