48 year old mother of three with moderate skin laxity and bulging of the central abdomen. Although the patient was in excellent shape, the excess skin and bulging was concerning to her. A full abdominoplasty with tightening of the skin and repair of the muscle separation was performed. This patient was very happy with the flat abdomen and removal of the excess skin.
