42 year old female with 22 year old saline breast implants. She had noticed changes in the breasts over the years with folding of the breast skin and rippling of the implants. She wished to correct these issues and increase fullness. A switch to Boost (gummy bear) implants was planned.

47 year old female who had undergone an initial breast augmentation with a lift in 2017. She experienced recurrent capsular contractures of the right breast despite multiple attempts at surgical correction by another surgeon. To reduce the contracture risk, we discussed using acellular dermal matrix (ADM) on the right side.

63 yo female with saline implants from the 1990s and recent onset of a right breast implant firmness. Her goals were slightly larger implants with a softer feel. The right implant had auto-inflated causing the hardness. New implants are 435cc MHB (Boost gummy bear implants).

57 yo female with previous breast augmentations. Implants before surgery were 415cc and felt too large for her. Goal was to downsize the implants and tighten the internal pockets.
