72 yo female who desired a breast reduction for her whole life, but was scared to undergo the procedure. She had a mass in one breast requiring a surgical excision (benign) and decided to finally undergo a breast reduction. She lost a total of 2.5lbs of breast tissue and was

67 yo female with a previous breast reduction 15 years prior. She felt her breasts were still quite large and wished to further reduce them with the goal of a small D/full C. Bilateral breast reduction with removal of 2.5lbs of breast tissue per breast (5lbs total).

44 y/o patient with previous breast implants and a lift over 10 years before. She felt that the implants did not project enough and the nipples were too low. Old implants were 400cc MP+ and 350cc MP+ (flatter) implants. New implants 335cc HPX (High Profile Xtra) with much more projection.

This younger patient presented with very large, pendulous breasts which impeded her ability to exercise and play sports. A bilateral breast reduction with anchor scars and removal of 2.5lbs of breast tissue. Her goal was to be a C cup which was accomplished with this reduction.

68 yo female with bilateral breast silicone implant ruptures. The preoperative photos demonstrate no evidence of rupture. The ruptures were discovered on imaging studies of the breasts. Most ruptures are “silent” and do not show as a deformity of the breast. Replacement of the implants (Mentor 300cc MP+ silicone gel)

69 yo female with left breast cancer. Pt underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies with expander reconstruction. Final exchange to 650cc HP silicone gel implants.

59 yo female with a history of breast cancer and implant reconstruction following mastectomies. Left breast implant with a capsular contracture. Revision surgery to remove the tight capsule and replace with acellular dermal matrix and a new implant.

48 yo female with right breast cancer. Her goals were to be smaller than her original breast size. Bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies with expanders and staged skin excisions. The excess horizontal skin was removed at the time of the mastectomies and the excess vertical skin at the time of expander

44 year female with BRCA +. She chose bilateral prophylactic nipple sparing mastectomies. Reconstruction via direct-to-implant using 450cc HP silicone gel implants.
