51 year old woman with right breast cancer and genetic susceptibility. Underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies and reconstruction with expanders under the muscles. The expanders were filled out over time then exchanged for Mentor 595cc HPX silicone gel implants. Final reconstruction with a natural appearance and good symmetry.
