68 yo female with very large and pendulous breasts. She wore a 38H bra but suffered from back and neck pain. A breast reduction was performed. Over 3lbs of breast tissue was removed. The new position and smaller size eliminated her previous neck and back pain. In addition, she found it much easier to buy clothing and bras that fit her.
