38 yo female with heavy, sagging breasts. She wore a 36D bra and wanted to reduce to a C cup. Plan for a bilateral reduction mammoplasty. This example demonstrates that at times the breast lift component is more important than the weight reduction. Over weight reduction was ~1lb, however the improvement in breast position was significant.
