37 year old patient with breast deflation and mild excess lower abdomen skin and significant protrusion of the lower abdomen. Breast augmentation with a lift using 200cc MP+ silicone gel implants and a periareolar lift. The abdomen improved with a mini-tummy tuck, muscle plication, and liposuction.
