30 year old woman who had lost over 150lbs through diet and exercise and had a significant amount of excess skin in the abdomen, back, and thighs. A circumferential body lift with removal of this skin and elevation of the outer thighs was performed. The results are dramatic and illustrate the concept of revealing the body contour underneath all that skin. Obviously this patient was very pleased with her results.
