24 year old woman with a previous breast reduction. As her lifestyle became more active, her breasts “deflated.” Goals were for a breast augmentation to fill out the breasts in a natural appearance. A subglandular (on top of the muscle) breast augmentation with 280cc MHX silicone gel implants performed. The results have filled out the breast tissue with a natural shape.
