53 year old patient with gradual sagging of her breasts over the years. She wanted to improve the breast position and have a natural fullness in the upper breasts. A breast lift with implants was performed. She had a mild asymmetry between the two breasts and differential implants were used. A 160cc MHX gel implant on the right and a 190cc MHX gel implant on the left. The surgery corrected the breast position and improved the shape and fullness.
