62 year old patient with a 30+ year history of breast implants. Her last implants were placed over 20 years ago – 400cc silicone gel implants. The large size of the implants distorted the breasts over time and she wanted to have smaller breasts with an improved shape. Surgery consisted of replacing the 400cc silicone gel implants with 190cc MPX silicone gel implants and reducing/lifting both breasts. The results show signficantly more proportional breasts with improved position and size.
