44 y/o patient with previous breast implants and a lift over 10 years before. She felt that the implants did not project enough and the nipples were too low. Old implants were 400cc MP+ and 350cc MP+ (flatter) implants. New implants 335cc HPX (High Profile Xtra) with much more projection. The breast lift (mastopexy) required a lollipop incision to help narrow the breasts and improve nipple position.
