51 yo female with a previous augmentation almost 30 years ago with saline implants. She had a deflation of her left implant. Her goals were to decrease her overall breast size but avoid an indentation in the upper breast. Previous 400cc saline implants were removed and replaced with smaller 200cc saline implants. Bilateral reductions with lifts to improve position and size. Inherent breast asymmetry was improved and the overall size and shape more comfortable for the patient.
