38 year old woman with a right breast cancer opting to undergo bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies. She had a previous history of breast augmentation with 500cc saline implants. The reconstruction was performed in a single stage at the time of the mastectomy using 650cc ultra high profile silicone gel implants. She experienced an uneventful recovery and is very pleased with her reconstruction.
