39 year old woman with a strong family history of breast cancer undergoing a bilateral prophylactic nipple sparing mastectomy. Reconstruction performed at the same time as the mastectomy using direct to implant 375cc MHX Mentor silicone gel implants. The implants are on top of the muscles (prepectoral) and supported with acellular dermal matrix. The implants provide more fullness in the upper breast.
