Case Details
51 year old woman with a right breast cancer requiring a simple mastectomy. She was interested in using only her own tissue to attempt to match the size and shape of her left breast. A TRAM flap reconstruction was performed. The right nipple was reconstructed using a graft from the normal left nipple. A small mastopexy was required on the left breast and the final results show excellent symmetry.
