60 year old woman with 36DD bra size and a goal to be a small C. She had experienced issues with rashed under her breasts. A bilateral breast reduction was performed which elevated the position of the breasts preventing rashes and decreased her size to a small C. Weight reductions of 315g and 230g (asymmetric sizes to begin with).
