41 year old female with a history of a breast reduction in her teens. After several pregnancies, she desired a “natural” appearing breast augmentation. Differential implants – 500cc high profile silicone gel on the right and 450cc high profile silicone gel on the left. Both implants under the muscle to provide a smooth upper pole.
