34 year old who consulted with me for a breast augmentation. Her goals were a natural appearing breast augmentation without too much upper pole fullness. She chose anatomic “gummy bear” implants for her augmentation. Natrelle 410 Highly Cohesive silicone gel implants were used – 400cc MM – placed under the muscle. The implants give a more natural tear drop shape to the breast and a more natural look overall.
