25 year old woman with very small breasts presented to our office for a “natural” breast augmentation. We reviewed options for augmentation and she was happiest with the anatomic “gummy bear” implants. These implants give a tear-drop shape to the breast and have a more natural overall appearance. Her implants are Mentor Memory Shape silicone gel implants, 330cc MM+. Over time, these implants will stretch out the tight lower breast pole and create a more tear drop appearance.
