66 year old woman with old silicone gel implants and sagginess to the breast tissue. The breasts were beginning to “hang” off the underlying implants. The implants were removed, smaller saline implants were placed, and the breasts were lifted and tightened around the smaller implants. The breast lift was a circumvertical lift, otherwise known as a “lollipop lift.” Final position shows improved breast shape and nipple position with implants providing modest fullness without begin obvious.
