31 yo female presented for breast augmentation to achieve fullness in the upper breast and a rounded side breast. The goal was to achieve a “push up bra” appearance without the bra. She has a mild asymmetry inherent between the two breasts with the left breast a bit wider and larger. Breast augmentation under the muscles with a 400cc MHX Mentor implant on the right and 375cc MHX Mentor implant on the left.
