37 yo female presented for a breast augmentation. After having children and breastfeeding, the volume in her breasts had deflated. Goals were to reestablish fullness in the upper breasts and avoid a lift. A submuscular breast augmentation with 310cc MHX Mentor silicone gel implants provide excellent fullness without appearing “fake” and filled out the breast to avoid a lift.
