71 yo female with a left breast cancer. She required a left mastectomy and wanted to avoid any surgery on the right side if possible. Her reconstruction consisted of a submuscular 450cc MP+ Mentor silicone gel implant with dermal matrix support. The result matches her preoperative appearance and surgery on the right side was avoided.
