23 year old female presented to my office with a desire to have larger, fuller breasts. She had a degree of constricted breast deformity which is apparent on her preoperative photos. Her goals were to be in the D cup range with very full upper breasts. A breast augmentation with Mentor smooth, round 650cc ultra high profile implants was performed. In addition, the constricting bands in the lower breast were released to allow the implant to fill out the skin without deformity.
