38 year old woman with a multiple previous breast augmentations and lifts by other plastic surgeons. She presented to the office upset at the distortion of her breasts, the feel of her implants, and the asymmetry between the breasts. Her goals were to remove the implants altogether and reshape the breasts. I removed both implants, reshaped the breasts, and improved her symmetry. The procedure required a small reduction in the breast volume and the use of anchor scar to remove all the excess skin.
