44 year old female with moderate sagging of the breasts and a lack of upper pole breast fullness. Plan was for a circumvertical (lollipop) breast lift with small implant to provide upper pole fullness. Implant used were Mentor 125cc moderate profile plus silicone gel implants. The degree of lift can really be appreciated when comparing the before and after pictures from the side.
