44 year old woman with right breast cancer and a new diagnosis of BRCA 2 gene mutation. She chose to have bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies with a two-stage expander to implant reconstruction. The tissue expanders can be seen in the second photo and the small bandaids indicate that she just underwent a fill. The third photo demonstrates the markings which indicate the plan for exchange and fat transfer into the upper breast poles. Finally, the final 650cc high profile silicone gel implants are in place and fat has been transferred to the upper poles of each breast to improve contour.
