This younger patient is a dancer and found that performing was difficult due to the large size and position of her breasts. She wore a 34DD or E cup bra. Her goal was a reduction and lift to be able to wear comfortable C cup bras. Bilateral breast reduction was performed and over 3.5lbs of breast tissue removed. The breasts are now properly positioned on the chest wall and the smaller size means she can wear normal bras without difficulty.
