34 yo female presented with A cup breast and wanted a full C with lots of fullness up top. She had breast asymmetry with her right breast being larger than the left. In addition, both breasts had constricted lower breast poles requiring surgical releases to allow the implants to sit properly. The left breast is a 490cc HPX Mentor implant and the right is a 415cc HPX Mentor implant.
