41 year old female with heavy sagging breasts. The breasts were very dense and the excessive weight and position caused significant neck pain. A breast reduction of ~2.5 lbs of breast tissue was performed. The smaller, lifted breasts were much more appropriate for her slim frame and relieved the symptoms of neck pain.
